CARE AND USE
It is important to use proper care and use of your leather product. The leather can shrink, dry out, and crack if not taken care of properly. So, do not put your leather goods in the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, or expose to high heat. To clean make sure you use dish soap, on the hat fabric itself not the leather, and rinse it out thoroughly with light running lukewarm or cold water under a faucet similar to shower head. To clean leather patch wipe lightly with smooth clothe and mild soap. Make sure to wipe off access soap.

Please include your order number and a picture of the issue at hand. Our standard is to get back to you ASAP and our desire is to do right by the customers and stand by our product quality guarantee.
